6月29日，5000吨深水打捞起重船“德合”轮在上海振华重工长兴基地交付，正式列编烟台打捞局。
作为交通救捞系统投资最大的单船项目和迄今我国起重能力最大的深水打捞起重船，该船总长199米，型宽47.6米，型深15米，设计航速13.5节，设计吃水7.5米，空船重量44855吨，满载吃水10米，额定载员398人，海上最大自持力达60天。船上设有起居室、餐厅、会议室、培训室、会客室、健身房、影音室、医疗室等，舱室设计满足国际劳工组织和船级社最新规范和要求。“德合”轮采用全电力推进系统，配备了当今最先进的DP3动力定位和锚泊定位双系统和自动防横倾系统，可在不同海域精准定位，设于船舶艉部的起重系统最大起重能力为5000吨，全回转起重能力达3500吨，最大起升高度可达甲板以上 102米，是我国目前海上抢险打捞领域功能最齐全、作业能力最强大的工程船。
“德合”轮正式投入使用后将显著提升我国水上重大突发事件的应急处置和抢险打捞能力。
On June 29, the 5,000-ton deep-water derrick-lay vessel Dehe was delivered at Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Changxing Base and officially listed as the flagship vessel of China Yantai Salvage. As the single vessel project with the largest investment in the Ministry of Transport and the deep-water derrick-lay vessel with the largest lifting capacity in our country up to now, the vessel has a total length of 199 meters, a model width of 47.6 meters, a model depth of 15 meters, a design speed of 13.5 knots, a design draft of 7.5 meters, an empty ship weight of 44855 tons, a full load draft of 10 meters, a rated crew of 398, and a maximum self-sustaining capacity at sea of 60 days. The vessel is equipped with living room, dining room, meeting room, training room, reception room, gym, audio-visual room, medical room, etc. The cabin design meets the latest specifications and requirements of the International Labour Organization and Classification Society. Dehe is a fully electric-propulsion vessel, equipped with the most advanced DP3 system and anchoring positioning double systems and automatic anti-heeling system. It can be accurately positioned in different sea areas. The lifting system installed at the stern of the ship has a maximum lifting capacity of 5000 tons, a full swing lifting capacity of 3500 tons and a maximum lifting height of 102 meters above the deck. It is the most complete and powerful engineering ship in the field of marine rescue and salvage in China. After Dehe is officially put into use, it will significantly improve the emergency handling and salvage capabilities of major emergencies on the water in China.
